Estimating Rehab

A successful real estate investor has to estimate how much work a property needs, if any. That includes both time and money that is being spent on rehab. I will estimate rehab based on the Cleveland market data, property inspection, scope of work, contractor bids, and quotes & contingencies. I also have a network of contractors and sub-contractors to get you the best pricing.

Videoshowing and Walkthrough

If you are not local, I will schedule the showing and do a walkthrough video or live video to show you the entire layout of the property, showing off important features like number of rooms, size, style, condition of appliances, etc. If you are local, I will walk you through the property and give you my professional judgement.

I will negotiate based on my client's behalf to get the best deal. My strength lies in my communication and interpersonal skills. Given my background in sales and the corporate world, I am able to negotiate with the seller side so you don't overpay.
